- Email address - To save your progress and send you your generated packets
- Intake responses - Your disability rating, career goals, program details, and other information you provide in the wizard
- Usage data - Which features you use, packets generated, and general analytics
How We Use Your Information
- Generate personalized VR&E packets based on your responses
- Save your progress so you can return later
- Improve our service and fix bugs
- Send you important updates about your account
Information Sharing
We do NOT sell your data. We only share information with:
- AI service providers (currently OpenAI) - Your intake data is processed to generate packets (not stored by them)
- Law enforcement - Only if legally required
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@vetclaims.ai.
