VetClaims.AI helps veterans generate document packets for VA Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E / Chapter 31) applications. We provide tools to structure your information into counselor-ready formats.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. While designed for US veterans, anyone may use the tool.
3. Not Legal Advice
IMPORTANT: This service does not provide legal advice. The documents generated are templates to help you communicate with your VR&E counselor. The VA makes all final eligibility and benefit determinations.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all information you provide. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your information to generate packets. We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information
- Use the service for fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
- Resell or redistribute generated content commercially
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide this service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made by the VA or outcomes of your VR&E application.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
